What shoe sizes do these socks fit?
Our long socks fits US shoe sizes 8-12 for men and 9-14 for women (25-29cm)
Our short socks fit US shoe sizes 5-8 for women and 6-8 for men (23-25cm)
What is the material composition of your socks?
65% combed cotton; 32% polyester; 3% spandex.
Can I return or exchange the product(s) I have ordered?
All sales made are final and we do not do refunds or exchanges. Each pair of socks is freshly pressed with love - we hope you'd be happy with your purchase but in the event that the product is defective or damaged, we'd be happy to replace them.
If you find any problems with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the purchase. To return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Why do hot dogs come in packages of 10 and hot dog buns come in packages of 8?
We've been pondering about the same question ever since we saw that damn Animaniacs episode. Our best guess is that hot dogs come in 10s because the remainder two can be eaten all by itself (with some sauce) to add some variety into the sport of hot dog eating. How long will it take to receive my item?
All orders are shipped out from our home base in Singapore within 3 business days after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Local orders will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days of shipping.
International orders will typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days after shipping.

No you don't but setting up an account will make it much easier the next time you visit us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal, Mastercard and Visa. All credit payments via Mastercard and Visa are processed securely via Stripe. Freshly Pressed does not store any payment details
What's the story behind the name Freshly Pressed Socks?
Freshly Pressed is that crisp feeling of wearing something new and fresh. We thought it would be a great name for a brand of well designed socks that adds fresh patterns and a dash of colour into your everyday life. For more on our story and design philosophy, go here.
How do I take the best care of my Freshly Pressed Socks?
Wash and hang dry your socks inside out. Do not dry clean or iron. To prevent them from stretching out prematurely, fold your socks (like this) instead of rolling them up together into a ball. Also, sharp toenails are the mortal enemies of socks so keep your toenails trimmed to prevent holes.
What happens if I run out of room at home for more socks?
We suggest buying them for your family and friends. Good things are meant to be shared!
I'm buying this as a gift. Can I add a personal message to the recipient?
Of course! Just include your message under Special Instructions in your Shopping Cart. We'll add in a greeting card with your message in the package before sending it out.
How much does a Freshly Pressed Sock subscription cost?
The subscription starts at around $10/month and you save up to 25% when you order a socks subscription. One pair of sock will be sent per month.
When will my socks arrive?
Socks are shipped on the 28th of each month. For all subscription orders placed before the 25th, you will receive your first pair of subscription socks in the next month. If your orders are placed after the 25th of the month, then you will only receive your first pair in the following month. Subscribers from Singapore will receive them within the first week of the next month and international subscribers can expect to receive the socks around mid month.
If you place an order on the 22nd of August, you will receive your socks by mid Sept if you are an international subscriber.
If you place an order on the 29th of August, you will only receive your socks in the following month in Oct.
What type of socks will I receive? Can I choose the designs?
Subscribers will only receive Crew Socks for their monthly subscriptions. Unfortunately you may not choose the designs. The socks will be selected by the Freshly Pressed team based on a monthly theme and each pair of socks you receive every month will come with a letter explaining to you why the sock was selected for that month.
Will I receive the same sock designs?
No. Subscribers will receive a different pair each month. Subscribers would also be the first to receive our latest designs!
What are the shipping costs for subscription socks?
All subscribers enjoy free international shipping!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Unfortunately, we do not do refunds for the subscription packages. However, if you’d like to transfer the package to a friend instead, write in to us at email@example.com and we’d be glad to assist you with the change!
I'm buying this as a gift. Can you help to write a message with the gift subscription?
Sure thing! Simply leave your message in the Remarks section when you check out and we’d include the message in the letter that we’d be sending out.
How do I update the address where the socks should ship?
